We felt the solution was to offer a fixed fee whilst maintaining quality service. This remains our commitment.

The majority of our new business comes from referrals, and frequently owners recommend us when they sell and move to new schemes. This is something we are particularly proud of.

This is an industry which raises new challenges daily. Managing our Owners through the maze of regularly changing legislation and court interpretations requires expert knowledge.

To this end we believe constant training and the development of our staff is essential, and indeed a cornerstone to providing the service to our clients that is expected.

One of the points frequently raised by our new clients is that they did not feel that their former management arrangements allowed inclusion of the Owners in the decision making process. We have adopted a philosophy that the Owners Corporation determines the agenda and that we provide a framework to facilitate the smooth and compliant operation of the strata scheme.
